One of my biggest pet peeves is looking for something.  Wasting valuable time looking for something when everything should have a place.  With that, organizing is one of my favorite things to do.  Besides the fact that being organized looks neater in appearance, putting something in its place (especially gear!) and streamlining a system, is almost therapy to me.  So when I see anything that has to do with containers, bags, racks, drawers, and whatnot's, it is all I can do to contain myself.  So when humangear sent me a few of their products to try out, I was elated (thank you Danielle!!).  humangear has some very ingenious little items that would make any organizer type very excited.

Based out of San Francisco, humangear started their development of innovative products in 2007.

Made from high quality, durable materials, these containers have a list that is almost endless when it comes to what they can be used for.  Of course being the outdoor type, I started thinking about what could go in them and how I could best use them on my adventures.

Although the food safe "GoTubbs" are not liquid savvy, here are a few ideas that I came up with and I'm sure there are scads more that I have missed that will surface later.

Camping, backpacking, biking, RV'ing, boating, ATV'ing, hobbies, tinder, spices, batteries, matches, vitamins, drink powder, snacks, earbuds, cell phone cords, dog treats, emergency sewing, fishing, and survival kits, compact fly tying kit, and much more.

The "GoTubb" is a uniquely designed food and BPA safe, water resistant container

My fly tying station.

At 1.25" across and just under 1" tall, these little containers are perfect for all the little things.

The larger "GoTubb" is 2.75" wide and 1" high.  The nifty design allows you to pinch open the container with just one hand.

The BPA-free "GoCup" measures 3.5" wide, 2.5" tall, and weighs 2.5 ounces.  The large cup has a capacity of 8 ounces.  The cup can handle both hot and cold liquids.  Be careful with the hot liquids however, it is not insulated and may be hard to handle. When collapsed, its low profile makes it easy to tuck into a backpack, bag, or purse.

The inside of the cup is conveniently marked with measurements.

The lid of the cup is not just a lid.  Inside the lid resides two compartments.  The top compartment is removable and can be a carried independently.

The second compartment under the lid is capped by the top container.

This is the medium two ounce "GoToob".  It measures about 4.25" tall and 1.5" wide and weighs in empty around 1.5 ounces.  They come in various colors and sizes.

The built-in suction cup is handy to stick on the shower wall or wherever else you need it.

The GoToob has a unique valve that opens when the tube is depressed to let out what you need and then immediately pinches shut when you let go of the tube to keep the contents inside and keeps the top from getting gunky.

I will definitely be grabbing some more of these cool products.  Be sure to check out their website to see all of their products and what may or may not be the best compatible substance/s for your humangear.
